At Skinkrew, we care deeply about your skincare experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—with a simple and fair return process.


Eligibility for Return

We accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • The item was purchased directly from skinkrew.com

📦 Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item


🚚 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at [support@skinkrew.com] with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Unboxing video or image of the unused product (optional but helpful)

  2. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions and address

  3. Ship the item back to us within 5 days of return approval

🔁 Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

We’ve got you covered.

If your kit arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo or video of the product and packaging

  • Your order ID

We’ll either:

  • Replace the item free of charge

  • Or issue a full refund—your choice!


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked “final sale”

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Used or opened products


🧾 Refund Exceptions

If the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
